Meet at the main terminal building at Pitt Meadows Airport 30 minutes prior to your assigned flight time. Cadets are dismissed following their flights, which will be no longer than an hour. Dress is appropriate civilian attire.

All cadets who signed up for the Pathfinder field training exercise (FTX) this weekend should report for transport at the JP Fell Armoury no later than 1600h on Friday, 19 May. Cadets will return to the armoury at approximately 1300h on Monday, 22 May.
Please review the joining instructions you have been provided, and bring a signed permission form. Take care to bring all of the kit indicated, there will be a kit check when you report in.
Note that a signed permission form is required prior to boarding the bus.
This Saturday, May 13, cadets will assist the North Shore Mountain Bike Association with trail maintenance on the Lower Expresso trail on Mount Fromme in Lynn Valley. This will be a fun but strenuous outdoor activity involving digging and moving earth and rocks, so please dress appropriately (FTUs approved) and bring work gloves, water and a snack. Refreshments and pizza provided following the event.
Meet at the trailhead at Braemar and Dempsey at 0930h on Saturday morning. Bring a signed waiver to participate.
The Royal Canadian Navy has displays and tours on this weekend 5-8 May, with HMCS Nanaimo and HMCS Ottawa in port. No cadet tours are scheduled for 103 squadron, but the displays are open to the public. Details at the RCN Fleet Weekend web page.
Cadets are invited to sign up for familiarization flying on Saturday, 3 June at Pitt Meadows Airport. Dress is appropriate civilian clothing. Flights will take place in Cessna 182 aircraft. Transportation to and from Pitt Meadows Airport, 18799 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows, is the responsibility of each cadet, carpooling is encouraged. More details will be provided prior to the activity.
Shifts will be assigned once you have registered. This activity is open to 18 cadets total. Please indicate if you participated in the previous familiarization flying activity in Oct 2022.
