Squadron Staff

103 Squadron staff is primiarily comprised of reserve Air Force officers from the of Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC) branch of the Canadian Forces. These officers are trained specifically in the development of youth. Their work with the cadet program is part-time and many have regular careers outside of the military. There are also civilian members of the staff who volunteer their time as well.
