Due to poor conditions, gliding has been cancelled for September 15. 

All parents are invited to attend this year's Squadron Sponsoring Committee Annual General Meeting, to be held at 8 PM on September 26, 2018, in the JP Fell Armoury, 1513 Forbes Avenue.
We will be passing the new year's budget and electing new Directors/Executive Committee Members. 
According to our society bylaws, all Directors and Executives resign at the meeting and nominations and elections will immediately follow. 
Please remember that though all parents are invited to attend, only those members carrying their "Screened Cards" are permitted to vote. It is equally important to understand that any parent (presently screened or not) can be nominated and elected for any position. They will not be able to assume their elected duties however, until they have been successfully screened by the League. 

Positions open for nomination/election: 

6 Directors. 

Once the Directors are elected, they then elect people to fill the following Executive positions.

Secretary 
Treasurer 
Vice Chair 
Chair 

* Please note that the "Immediate Past Chair" has the option of remaining as a member of the Executive
