DO enjoy the way you improve as you go.
DO challenge yourself by setting a time each day.
DON’T push yourself beyond your limits. If the starting ones are too tough, do less. The key is to do a bit more each day.
DON’T ridicule others if they can’t do it as well as you, instead help them.
DON’T ignore this if it looks to easy for you – start halfway through and simply continue with increments each day.
