Last night at the BC Lions' last game of the season, 103 squadron cadets participated in the flag ceremony and colour parties in honour of veterans. While the Lions lost the game, the cadets came home with some great memories of the cheering fans as they marched on to the field.
On October 28 cadets and officers from 103 Squadron helped build a new spur off of the popular "Bobsled" mountain bike trail on Mount Fromme. With a lot of digging and moving of rocks and clay, and with generous assistance from the North Shore Mountain Bike Association, they were able to complete raising and resurfacing of a 10 m section of trail. This helps satisfy the community service portion of the the cadet training curriculum. Thanks cadets!
