The following summer training courses are offered. Please review 2020 Course Flyer  for further details.
Basic Courses:
  • General Training - Air (1 week)
  • Basic Aviation (3 weeks)
  • Basic Aviation Technology and Aerospace (3 weeks)
  • Basic Drill and Ceremonial - Air (3 weeks)
  • Basic Fitness and Sports (3 weeks)

Applying for Courses

  • Read the course flyer to see what camps you may be interested in and if you meet the prerequisites.
  • If you wish to apply for a non-scholarship summer camp and meet the prerequisites, please fill out the summer training request form on this website and state what summer camp you wish to apply for. 
  • If you are applying for any of the scholarship camps please read the NSTC preparation guide as it outlines what additional documents and steps that will be required as the following camps are national scholarships that are highly competitive.
  • All NTSC applications are due December 1. If you are applying for a NSTC camp, please bring your complete application with all suporting documents to the squadron before that date for review with the Training Officer. After review, the Training Officer will register you for your selected summer camp.
  • If you will be 16 years of age by 1 January 2019, but not older than 18 before 19 August 2019, and will have completed Level 4 training by the end of this training year, consider applying for a staff cadet position. The local deadline for staff cadet position applications is 19 February. Please review the staff cadet flyer and contact the Training Officer with your application.
  • Use the "contact us" portion of this website to submit any questions you may have, or talk to the Training Officer.

Please note the RCSU Pacific joining instructions are applicable for ACSTC Albert Head, CSTC Vernon, RGS Pacific (AAC) and HMCS Quadra.
