Cadet Training Weekend - Professional Development DayToday, the 103 senior NCO's were busy getting advance instruction on prominent professional development topics along with making final preparations for the second and third training days. The rest of the squadron will be joining the seniors and developing their leadership and instructional skills.
For those joining us tomorrow we hope your excited for and amazing weekend full of once in a life time training opportunities. The senior NCO's also had the added stress today of participating in the mock review boards, giving them added preparation to do well on their review boards next week to hopefully be selected for one for the prestigious scholarship summer camp training opportunities. 103 had the opportunity this past Saturday to participate in the winter survival program offered by Mount Seymour. After a morning of snowshoeing, survival knowledge instruction and practice of their skills learned; cadets had some fun during the afternoon while tubing. It is still not too late to join the 103 family. Come to 1513 Forbes Ave in North Vancouver and talk to any of the officers about what the Air Cadet program has to officer.
Stay tuned for future videos from the upcoming Cadet Training weekend and our first field training exercise. VIS |
